We are looking for a person with a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with strong family therapy skills. It is preferred for applicants to be able to read, write and converse in Spanish. Preferred experience includes: Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. strategic, structural and functional) family therapies, individual therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral approaches, implementation of interventions within or between system’s in the youth’s natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e. peer, family, school and neighborhood), assessment and treatment of youth with Problem Sexual Behaviors. Applicant must be willing to do field work and work in 5 boroughs of New York City.
