Position: MST PSB Therapist
Job Summary:
Nationwide Children’s Hospital Behavioral Health has a position open for a highly motivated person to provide intensive, community-based clinical services to families of youth with problem sexual behavioral difficulties utilizing Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior Youth (MST PSB), an evidence-based treatment model. Duties include assessment, treatment, advocacy, and collaboration with community partners. Therapist must be willing to work flexible hours, to participate in 24 hour on-call rotation, and to provide interventions in the family home and community. MST PSB places significant emphasis on clinician development and ongoing training, and supervision in utilizing the MST model is provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field · Appropriate Ohio licensure · Experience working with adolescents and, preferably, their families · Strengths-focused with strong interpersonal skills · Experience using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy preferred · Experience using Structural/Strategic Family Therapy preferred · Must have reliable transportation
